At Prolink, we believe that the customer should type as little as possible in order to save time and errors. One of our most powerful features in addition to our fully automatic data collection is an ever growing number of automatic export formats including many of our competitors. Our ultimate goal is to be the glue between all inspection machines/gages and all SPC software packages including our own QC-CALC SPC.

We realize that many large corporations have more than one standard. One department may use JMP and another department may use WinSPC. Quite simply, QC-CALC can export to all of them and without user intervention. For us, simply creating a file is not enough. Each export driver we write will not only produce data that is readable by our competitor. It will literally run the import for you directly into the software to save you a step.

Manual & Automatic Exporting

QC-CALC supports both manual and automatic exporting. Automatic exporting can be setup to export data based on a regular event such as every x parts inspected or a triggered event such as an exception in the data. You can even set it up to export a set of filtered results rather than all data.

If you don't see your format listed above..

If you don't see your preferred export format, it just means that nobody has asked for it. Give us a call at 860-659-5928 and ask us to add it. There is never a charge for adding new export formats as long as they are industry standard.
