The following ports may need to be open for Prolink products to function:

QC-Gage (v.4.00+) | 1433 | Data storage (MS SQL Server) | Required if using SQL Server for data storage. |
ERS (v.4.10+) | 1433 | Data storage (MS SQL Server) | Required if using SQL Server for data storage. |
EDL (v.4.00+) | 1433 | Data storage (MS SQL Server) | Required for loading or archiving data in SQL databases |
QC-Mobile | 7364 * | QC-Mobile listens on this port | Must be open on server so clients can access via web browser |
PLS | 25928 * | PLS listens on this port | Must be open on machines running QC-CALC, QC-Gage, ERS, or SPC Office Buddy if using PLS for licensing. |
* These ports can be customized through the software
- If you are using SQL for data storage, Prolink products that use it (QC-CALC, QC-Gage, ERS, EDL, QC-Mobile, and SPC Office Buddy) must be able to connect to the SQL server through TCP port 1443.
- If you are using PLS to manage licensing of Prolink products then TCP port 25928 must be open on all workstations running Prolink products. You can customize this port in PLS and in the Prolink products that can be activated this way.
- QC-Mobile listens on TCP port 7364 by default so this must be open on the server in order for clients to access it from a web browser. You can customize this port in the QC-Mobile Setttings application.
