Symptom
You receive the following error when attempting to run a report:
A table must be printed before the 25th page. - 2730 - CReport: Procline: EndField
In certain cases, this is the second error in a two-error sequence. The first error may be the following:
There is probably a Table or TextBox in the report which is too small. Click cancel and edit the report.
Cause
There are a few reasons why the 25th page error can occur. The most common reason is that the report's main data table has been deleted.
The reporting tool attempts to send data to the report, but there is no destination. As such, it enters into an endless loop. In QC-CALC, we added a check to make sure there is at least one data table by the time you are printing the 25th page. If not, an error is thrown to stop the loop.
Resolution
Make sure the report has a data table to receive the data from QC-CALC. If you do not have a backup copy of the report, email us the broken report at support@prolinksoftware.com. We will typically be able to fix the template and send it back.
