Product demos are offered to give an overall view of each product. These sessions are intended for new users that need to
learn about all of the different functionality available within a product. General
questions can be asked during these sessions, but the demo itself should
answer most questions for you.
Q&A sessions are available for more experienced users that have specific questions about the software. These sessions are
not intended to be training sessions, but should be used to get exact answers for
how to do something within the software. Only specific products will be covered
during each session, so make sure you choose the session for the right product.
Online Demo Sign-Up
When you sign up for one of these sessions, you will automatically be sent an email with a link to the web meeting and the
meeting code. Please visit the link in the email at least 5 minutes prior to the
beginning of the meeting as you will need to download necessary components to view
the desktop of the presenter.
We use www.GoToMeeting.com for all our webinars and try to host multiple product
demos and Q&A sessions each week. If you would like a product demo, but cannot
make any of the times listed, please open a support ticket
to let us know and we will try our best to accomodate your schedule.
